Haymaker World TCG Return and Cancellation Policy

Due to the collectible yet malleable nature of TCG products, from ungraded/“raw” single cards to sealed booster packs and/or boxes, we can’t provide you with returns or refunds. That being said, if a product from our store arrives to your doorstep and it is not as expected, described, and/or guaranteed prior to us shipping out the product, do contact us and we'll make it right (which directly translates to “let us talk about it and find a compromise”).

Cancellation on orders is possible, so long as the products ordered have yet to be shipped out, but do note that doing so warrants a 10% cancellation fee for the wastage (such as the non-refundable payment processing fee, packaging materials used, and man-hours), which will be deducted from the refunded amount of the cancelled order.
